Clinical Team – Associate Level Openings
As a clinical team member, you will have clinical supervision with Latisha Sternod, our founder. As you work with vibrant, passion filled spirited team members, you will also grow professionally in the field of counseling. To grow, clinical supervision is key. The foundation of supervision is centralized on trust, confidentiality, empathy, and empowerment. The goal is to help you reach your fullest potential as a helping professional. Growth facilitated through supervision includes self reflection, new skill acquisition, increased knowledge, greater awareness of the world, and of yourself. Your supervisor will come along side you in your career by providing further education, support, and administrative assistance. Growing to greater levels of autonomy and self -direction is a frequent focus to clinical supervision at Narrows Counseling & Wellness.
